Jo Ann recently transitioned from her role as COO of a major, billion-dollar, private real estate development firm, where she drove their growth for 25 years. She is now serving as a Fractional CEO for one of the company's subsidiaries.

Jo Ann has dedicated her career to culture-building, utilizing tools such as DISC, Strengths Finder, Enneagrams, and Myers Briggs.  Since 2022, Jo Ann has leveraged the Working Genius tool to empower employees, customers, and non-profits to excel in hiring, performance, and management with a deep sense of understanding and commitment to excellence.
